    Alexavier “Javi” – Licensed Zumba® Jammer | AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor

    Workout Session: Zumba
    With 10 years of experience, Javi has led Zumba® and group fitness at major events like the AHA Heart Walk, GrizzFit Expo, and St. Jude’s Fitness for a Cause. He teaches multiple Zumba® formats, hosts regional Jam Sessions, and is a PTA and current DPT student.

    NASM-CPT | CNC | CES | 4 Years Experience

    Workout Session : Core
    Certified in personal training, nutrition coaching, and corrective exercise through NASM. I train all ages and fitness levels—specializing in strength, mobility, HIIT, and speed/agility. Funny enough, I never planned to be a trainer… but once I started, I found my purpose. Now I help others find theirs. Currently training at Planet Fitness.

    Workout Session : Yoga

    Memphis native, wife, mother of two, and 10+ year educator, is the owner of WhatTheDoula, LLC. As a certified Doula and yoga instructor, she supports minority women through birth, postpartum, and lactation care blending movement and breath-work for a more empowered experience. Currently training as a student midwife, Kaila continues to expand her skills while also mentoring students, gardening, and dancing to stay active.
